Tuscan farmhouse located at km 9 from Lucca and
km 11 from Pisa. The property, completely enclosed
and secluded, is reachable only through a private
road and then through an automatic gate admitting
in a wood-immersed alley. Walking amongst the typical
Mediterranean vegetation and the olive and fruit
trees of the property it is possible to reach a
beautiful and extraordinary panoramic pool (13x6m).
Along one side of the pool there is a "Pergola"
hosting the dressing room, a bathroom with separate
shower and a great stable barbecue. The pool is
placed just in the middle of an olive grove ground
of about 50 acres. Fine garden furniture, outside
oven and a fantastic brooklet with waterfall refine
the charm of this glamorous house
Sleeps : 8 persons
The house, about 200 sqm large, consists of 2
floors:Ground floor, typically brick-worked kitchen
with dish-washingmachine, large salon with 2 fireplaces,
dining room witha fine glass wall, bathroom, storeroom
with washingmachine. First floor, 2 double bedrooms
with en-suite bathrooms, 1 twin bedroom with en-suite
bathroom, 1 twin bedroom with en-suitebathroom.
Maid service is include in the price: 3 hours
a day, 3 days a week. A pro-Cook for exclusive
dinners and a private chauffeur are available
on request.

This elegant
and noble villa is part of what was a great country
estate that belonged to the old family of Count
Ceuli ( the old name ) – from Pisa- who ruled
the place in 1500/ The family was so important and
powerfull to give the name to the town of Cevoli.
The villa- elegant and refined as a town palace-
is set just outside the medieval town of Cevoli.It
is a typical Tuscan villa that reflects its noble
origin in any corner and detail: vaulted ceilings,
frescoed rooms, grand salone, beautiful and precious
antique furniture spread with abundance everywhere.On
the ground floor : a very elegant and vaulted entrance
with Tuscan old chests on both sides-A very large
living room with a grand piano and a 1500 very large
stone fire place- elegant dining room opening on
the garden through a French door- other intimate
and frescoed living rooms with fire place and TV—all
opening on the garden- a large traditional kitchen
with marble- top table, where the cook prepares
very delicious typical Tuscan meals.The kitchen
opens on a large side terrace.
An imposing stone great staircase leads to the first
floor and to the central frescoed high vaulted central
salone opening on the elegantly furnished bedrooms
and on a very large billiard room.
The villa is surrounded by a lovely walled garden
where to dine ?al fresco? and enjoy a glass of the
very good local wine- ( the area produces very good
wine)
Cevoli is located in a beautiful part of Tuscany
where the noble families from the old city of Pisa
used to have their country estates and villas.
Only 5 km, away there is the little ,nice town
of Casciana Terme, a spa resort.
In the spa building there are indoors and outdoors
pools with thermal water where it is possible
to bathe all over the year, and to have thermal
and beauty cures.

nice conutry villa of the 19th century, completely
restored , elegant and cosy- It has a great location
on top of the hills- southest of Pisa- in the conutry
side where the nobles families from Pisa owned their
farm estates and built their villas, as summer residences-

Cevoli, adjacent to the villa, Lari with its magnificent
castle, and others. From the villa there is an open
view of the nerby little towns and the country side_
All the house has been completely restored , very
recently,maitaining the charm of an old noble residence

are decorated with nice colours, antique pieces
of family forniture, elegant fabrics-The owner has
spread her elegant taste in each room, taking car
