Delightful apartment in a prestigious palazzo
in the pedestrian zone of Firenze not far from
the Ponte Vecchio and the Duomo. Access to the
palazzo is through a massive wood portal into
a beautiful entrance hall with valuable statues
and wide steps. The apartment is on the first
floor. Private entrance is into a hall with door
to the kitchenette that is complete with two-burner
range, separate oven, fridge and washingmachine.
There is a utilities room in the kitchen and a
large window that overlooks the palazzo's internal
courtyard. To the right of the hall, through double-glass-paned
doors is the living/dining room with TV. A door
in the living room opens into a hall with wardrobe
and doors to the bedroom with TV and to the complete
bathroom with shower. The apartment is very comfortably
furnished and lists several antique pieces. The
floors are in cotto and the apartment is quiet
because all its windows face the internal courtyard
of the palazzo. There is central gas heating.
Gas is payable on consumption during heating season.
Because of its proximity to the centre of Firenze,
we can highly recommend the apartment to those
who wish to explore the city without automobile.
