The property consists of two houses: the main house with a living room and with a fireplace, a dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom in the ground floor and 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin, 1 bathroom in the upper floor; the guest house with 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 small living room and kitchen. A beautiful swimming pool (13 x 7 meters) with diving board and garden furniture is available. Large terraced gardens with lawns and flowering shrubs surround the house and beyond them the olive groves and the vineyards. A covered verandah with barbecue is ideal for al fresco eating and close to the pool there is a wood-house with bar for cold drinking. For hiking fans there are paths for a 4 to 7 hours walk up to the mountains just starting from the house, with spectacular views.

Excursion to our own Winery in the Chianti area producing excellent wines with visit to the vineyards, the wine cellar and final wine-tastings with the owners. Possibility of guided tour of the town of Lucca, its villas, and special tours in the countryside and also in the ' Cinque Terre'. Possibility to play golf in four courses at a distance of 25 up to 40 min. drive.
