La Cappella was built in 1600.
In the old days it was a convent of nuns.
It still maintains the original long shape, running
on the ridge of La Freddana Valley.
La Villa is situated on the hills surrounding
Lucca, in an extremely panoramic position, among
olives groves and vineyards.
There is a superb view going out towards
Lucca and down to the plain that stretches towords
Montecatini and Florence in the distance.
Its position follows the route of the old Roman
?Via Francigena? road which was the road for the
pilgrims who came from France and Spain and went
to Rome.
The building has been recently fully restoared
by the present owner who, being an expert in renovating
old houses, has reached a very high quality maintaining
the traditional atmosphere. All the villa has
been decorated with tradional old furniture everywhere
with a tasteful combination of antiques with modern
comfort.The villa has three floors: ground floor
(front garden level), first floor (back garden
level), second floor.3 apartments on second floor.

dining -in-kitchen.
This fabulous room (once a lemon house –
about sqmt 70) opens on the front lawn through
an arched old big door. Iit can sits many people,for
delicious Tuscan dinners.

The entire villa can accomodate 18 people; it
is extremely comfortable
for a large family reunion, for a group of friends,
for company?s meeting, for romantic wedding in
