RESERVATION Your travel agent's reservation is accepted up to the last minute, however confirmation is subject to availability. DEPOSIT A deposit of $350.00 is required at time of booking if it is outside 35 days. PAYMENTS Full payments must be made not later than 35 days prior departure date, if booking is within 35 days full payment is required. CANCELLATION FEES Up to 35 days $250.00 non refundable. Between 35 and 15 days 50% of the total fare. Within 15 days 100% of the total fare. CHANGES Any changes a charge of $50.00 is required. PRICE Tour prices are in canadian dollars per person based on double sharing a room. Price may change with or without prior notice depending on the currency fluctuation and /or on the number of participant in the tour. Air cancellation and deviations are subject to charges. ACCOMMODATIONS and SERVICES Netravel cannot be held responsible if some of the services bonus, features, or facilities described, cease to be available or are not working. Hotels may curtail or alter some facilities without notice, usually for the purposes of on going maintenance and improvements. All Netravel' s hotel rooms are contracted on a "run of the the house" basis. Specific requests requirements are on a "request" base and cannot be guaranteed. Netravel reserves the right to to restrict the number of singles, double. triple, quad, and child bookings. TRAVEL INSURANCE Medical and trip cancellation is strongly recommended. PASSENGERS IN NEED OF SPECIAL NEEDS Netravel cannot guarantee that destinations airport, coaches, transfer vehicles, and accommodation will have accessibility to satisfy their own specific needs, as they may not be available. RESPONSIBILITY Netravel is an agent for the airlines, hotels, tour operators, coach companies, transfers operators, and others independent parties. Although Netravel takes reasonable care in selecting these suppliers, we are unable to and do not have any control over them and therefore cannot assume responsibility for their acts and omissions during the tour. Each of these organizations, have their own terms and conditions that you are bound to when they provide their services. Should the number of participants falls below the established economical number, or should we encounter unforeseen reasons preventing the departure of the group, Netravel reserves the right to cancel or change departure date without .
